The support team member can use the same instinctive controls used for other apps, with quick access to the on-screen keyboard as well as custom shortcut key combinations for access to common functions essential to a remote support session.

The Netop Remote Control Mobile guest also offers support personnel the ability to establish remote support sessions securely across their enterprise using TCP connections. With strong 256-bit AES encryption, organisations are ensured that transmitted data is not compromised, regardless of the connection type used by the iOS device.
