Broadway Malyan was using an ageing financial system - Progression by RedSky - based upon an Oracle database. The old system was becoming expensive to manage and maintain and had only limited integration capabilities into Rapport 3, as there was no published API for Cubic Interactive’s developers to work with - which made the process of integration all the more complicated.

In August 2011, Broadway Malyan implemented Cubic Interactive’s Rapport 3 practice management software for HR management, contact management and quality assurance. Three months later, a decision was taken for the next phase - detailed financial project management - and Cubic Interactive’s developers started to integrate its Rapport 3 software with Twinfield’s online accounting software. The resulting integration, which was completed in just six-eight weeks, automatically updates all of the sales and purchase accounting data, together with all expense data from Rapport 3 into Twinfield. As it is a global, multi-currency business, exchange rates for any currency are also transferred from Rapport automatically.

The practice’s six UK offices and its Madrid office were the first to ‘go live’ with the solution on 1st May.
