The winner proactively and consistently teamed with MCS, acknowledged that partnering with Microsoft is a successful strategy that drives incremental consulting services business for both, and in turn delivered higher quality and more innovative solutions to customers. The winner invested resources and time in establishing infrastructure (people, processes, and technology) that enabled improved collaboration and drove deep relationships with MCS in order to pursue and close more consulting services wins.
