Fusion Business Solutions has launched a new IT service management (ITSM) package to support BMC Remedy’s market leading platform. The integrated approach has been specifically devised to ensure rapid, great value implementations and migration.
Developed in conjunction with BMC, the My ITSM package is ideal for BMC Remedy ITSM migrations and new implementations. The approach will ensure businesses get their ITSM platform up and running in four weeks for a guaranteed fixed-price, thanks to pre-configured data and best practices in service management.
My ITSM leverages Fusion’s vast experience of Remedy implementations over the last 15 years to ensure that customers receive the most effective solution in an easy to use package. It is available for both on premise Remedy or Remedy on demand.
