DEPO is a leading developer, manufacturer and supplier of computer equipment and integrated IT solutions to more than 10,000 Russian companies, including 95% of the country’s Top 500 corporations. DEPO’s deep OEM experience can be attributed to its successful work with customers such as the Moscow Aviation Institute, ISP provider Mamba, and top retailers including IKEA. DEPO’s plans to incorporate NextIO’s vNET technology into its server infrastructure will yield increased manageability, greater flexibility and lower costs for its broad customer base in industries such as government, manufacturing, oil & gas and internet service providers. “Our partnership with NextIO means that we can offer our customers something no one else in the Russian marketplace can,” said Victor Urisov, Vice President of Products and Services at DEPO. “We’re always looking to add technologies that help our customers embrace virtualization. The addition of vNET to our portfolio will introduce a new level of simplicity and flexibility that customers will wonder how they ever lived without.” Under the terms of the OEM agreement, DEPO will incorporate NextIO’s vNET product into its server portfolio to provide network I/O virtualization for data center rack fabrics to reduce IT infrastructure costs and complexity. “Russia is a critical market for NextIO with tremendous growth opportunities, and we are pleased to work with a company so deeply embedded in the country’s commercial landscape,” said Mike Heumann, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing for NextIO. “We look forward to working with DEPO to meet our goals of expanding the accessibility of our products across the globe.”
